Cannabis. The "grass" medical. Galenic preparations

That the difference between the cannabis light that I find in italy, and the Cannabis rich in Cbd imported from the Netherlands?
From the point of view of the content of the cannabinoids more, Thc, Cbd, Thcv, in fact almost none. The analysis may be found in some of the sites of the producers, show the values of Thc far below the limit allowed by law (0,6%) while the Cbd is equal to the cannabis of the netherlands, if not slightly higher.
Unfortunately, not all manufacturers make available the analysis of the component triterpenica of their products, which would have also to be considered to get an idea of the possible actual ownership of the products placed on the market.
In the term that we used is the difference with cannabis that you find in the pharmacy is to use "therapeutic". The other products based on cannabis, or its derivatives, on the market, no.
The cannabis is derived from the hybridization of two species,C. sativaandC. indica, and has a constant content of active principles, with the required reproducibility for the one that is a medicine to all of the effects (although of vegetable origin). The hybrids used for therapeutic purposes are patented and are reproduced by cuttings, not for pollination, to avoid alterations of the genetic heritage and, as a result, the concentration of active ingredients. In addition, the request of the Authorities of the ministerial of a production process that could ensure the reproducibility, requires that these plants be grown and processed according to Good Cultivation Practices according to Good Manufacturing Practices. In fact, are cultivated in greenhouses insulated from the outside, lit with artificial light, and fed with mixtures of special (not on earth) in order to standardize and standardise the process of growth-flowering-harvest.

The plants used for products sold outside the pharmacy channel, are they also hybrids, but they have been designed for the production of cannabis for industrial (fiber and seed). How to justly and properly clarify the producers themselves: "is Not a medicine, not a supplement, not a food", or "is defined in the category of Biomass, and is intended only for research and development or technical use". From here, we call them generically as "products" on the basis of cannabis.

The same Cbd "pure", which is sold in powder or as a solution in oil, is often presented as a "souvenir", while only a few companies have registered their products such as "aroma to the food." As for the cannabis, the various producers highlight the importance to sell it only to persons of age, and under the supervision of a doctor.
It would be advisable to always emphasize that, when it comes to molecules, to the extent of natural origin and with few side effects (currently-known), can still interact farmacodinamicamente or farmacocineticamente with other drugs.
Take, for example, ilCbd, as it is the molecule that is most advertised in these products, is also studied on humans for therapeutic purposes as anti-inflammatory, soothing and antioxidant.

Increase the research in which it is studied as a possible treatment for epilepsy not responsive or syndromes, psychotic Parkinson's disease (at doses of at least 150mg/day), without signs of hallucinogenic effects. Also high dosages for long periods of time would not have registered the alterations of parameters in blood, heart or hormonal. Side effects the most typical that reported by the studies are: diarrhea, alteration of the sense of satiety/hunger, and fatigue. The real points of darkness, the dark especially because it is not yet in-depth studies, well-conducted long-term, are the possible interactions with other drugs and possible effects on the fetus.
This cannabinoid, in fact, interacts with cytochromes Cyp3a4 and Cyp2c19, increasing, for example, the bioavailability of clobazam, with a sedative effect enhanced on the patient.
In particular, it seems that the Cbd can interact with many molecules that are used in psychiatric disorders, such as: valproic acid, levetiracetam, felbamate, lamotrigine, and zonisamide, with the increase of the pharmacological effect from 54 to 18%. In addition, the interaction with the Cyp2c19 may alter the blood levels of warfarin and diclofenac.
