CANNABIS AND WOMEN: MORE INTENSE AND FREQUENT ORGASMS

CANNABIS AND WOMEN: MORE INTENSE AND FREQUENT ORGASMS

Women who take cannabis before sex experience more frequent and satisfying orgasms.

These are the conclusions of a study published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine, which evaluated the effects of cannabis on women suffering from 'orgasm disorder'. A disorder that affects as many as 42% of women worldwide.

Cannabis to remedy orgasm disorder

Led by Suzanne Mulvehill, a clinical sexologist, and Jordan Tishler, a physician from the Association of Cannabinoid Specialists and the inhaleMD company, "This study is the first to evaluate cannabis as a specific treatment for orgasm disorder in women with and without the disorder.

From the initial survey of 387 participants, it was noted that more than half, about 52 per cent, said they had difficulty reaching orgasm.

"Among respondents who reported difficulty in orgasm, cannabis use before partner sex increased orgasm frequency (72.8%), improved orgasm satisfaction (67%) or madeorgasm easier (71%)."

"Research has been suggesting cannabis as a treatment for female sexual disorders for more than 50 years," the researchers explained, "but this is the first study specifically examining orgasm disorder. And it demonstrated a 'significant benefit'.

However, this is only the starting point, as 'randomised controlled trials are needed to evaluate the efficacy of cannabis on FOD subtypes, mental and physical health conditions, and other clinical implications, assessing dosage, variety, timing, and mode of intake'.

More intense orgasms with cannabis (in both men and women)

Conducted with 811 participants, including 536 women, a large survey published in the Journal of Cannabis Researchrevealed that cannabis can enhance orgasm.

"Results indicated that both men and women perceived that cannabis use increased their sexual functioning and satisfaction."

In particular, as the final statistics show, more than 70 per cent of those who reported increased desire and orgasm intensity.

Finally, participants who reported masturbating, some 620, 'indicated that cannabis increased their pleasure while masturbating'.

CBD and sexual activity: all the benefits you didn't know and (need to know)

For those who want to enjoy the benefits of cannabis while avoiding the 'high' of THC, CBD is the ideal solution. In fact, this cannabinoid, which has no psychoactive effects, can directly and indirectly improve our sex life.

How? By increasing sexual desire and reducing performance anxiety. Thus guaranteeing more intense and uninhibited sex that promotes orgasm.
